Goals:
1. To discuss how an effective system of evaluation can improve teaching and learning;
2. To discuss what measures and protocols (strategies and tools) can and should be used to support teacher growth and development (highlighting examples of good practice);
3. To discuss measures that can and should be used as accountability measures; and
4. To discuss policies that can support a system of
shared accountability – what it really means and can look like (highlighting examples of states where it is working well).
