NCTAF, MetLife Foundation, and Rocky Mountain Public Broadcasting convened a thought-provoking discussion on teacher quality, embedded professional development, and closing the student achievement gap in both urban and rural areas in Colorado.

This event included a two-panel discussion, featuring:

  • Tammy Clementi-Watson, Interim Superintendent, Aguilar Reorganized District 6;
  • Tara Dotter, Teacher, Aguilar Elementary School;
  • Matt Gianneschi, Senior Policy Analyst, Office of Governor Bill Ritter Jr.;
